MODEL
M-21 (F) - FLAP INSERTION
This is a versatile machine used for the production of
jetted/welted pockets (double or single) with or without flap on
tailored garments and outer wear - jackets, trousers, jacket
linings, waistcoats, overcoats etc.
All forming, sewing, cutting
(centre and corner knife) and stacking operations are completed
in one fast cycle.
Productivity: With flap....
Approx. 1200 - 1400 per 8 hrs.

MODEL
M-21 (Z) - ZIPPER INSERTION
This is a versatile machine used for the production of zippered
pockets (double or single jet / welt with or without zip) on
leisurewear garments e.g. track suits, jogging suits, jackets
(golf), trousers, jacket linings etc.
Continuous coiled
nylon/plastic (not metal) zipper tape is utilised (2mm - 5mm
width teeth).
All forming, stitching, zip
feeding and cutting (including thread, corner and zip tape
cutting) operations are completed in one fast cycle. Insertion
of the zip slider is done manually.
